so i used google chrome on browser to go on paypal to buy my fraise there isn't anything wrong with my credit card and after it says i may return to transformice to confirm my payment it'll say
This is about the third time this has happened to me on tfm I always buy fraises and even after it's fixed it always becomes broken again like this please help soon!

So earlier i posted my problem, but i got a response to answer quetions on this forum post to further clarify what was going on. What payment method did you use? Im Using PayPal
How do you access Transformice? Web Browser
Which web browser do you use? Also answer this if you do not use a web browser to log in to Transformice. Chrome
Which operating system does your computer run? Windows 8
Which flash player version do you have installed? I dont know
Please also describe the problem as detailed as possible
So i know a lot of other people are having this problem but i am too, where PayPal is saying that there was a transaction error. Im not sure if it too my money but i tried using the Visa Card on another website and it said that PayPal wouldn't accept it. It would be really nice to buy some frasies.

It's been more than a couple of days and I added money to my account! It's been like a week. What do I do? I use steam to buy my fraises. Idk what to do. Do I buy like a game? I'm sorry, I can only suggest that you do as it says and try again at a later time. Unfortunately I have no more insight in these problems than you do at this time.

Sounds like the service you are using is not accepting your card. Where exactly do you get this message? If it is not on Transformice but on a payment handler, I'm afraid you will have to contact their support instead. Or try a different card if you have one.

In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive Fraises. But, if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for Fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. We have a thread with tips for filling out the contact form here. It's strongly recommended to use these tips to streamline your correspondence and speed up the overall process of getting help.

Thanks for sending additional information. I can confirm that there have been long time issues with Paypal and Visa cards. The problem is most likely on Paypal's end, but since I've been getting several reports about this recently again I will ask an admin to look into it.

In the meantime, if you can, please use a different payment method, or wait for a possible fix.

I do not recommend you buying a game just to fix the Fraises payment procedure. As explained here, some of the restrictions are temporary. While they are enacted, however, it can take up to several weeks for your status to change. As such, buying a game will not immediately fix the problem no matter its value.

I sent the message to buy fraises wednesday (18.05.2016) and today is friday and I not get a code. It is also because was too late? When I sent the message was 1 AM almost. Maybe they slept and they not seen my message? What can I do to get fraises or my money back? Because my message was sent and they took my money.

Is there any more chance that fraises can still be bought through steam? My friend bought a game in steam which is over $40+ and he still can't buy fraises..

Still not working atleast not buying from steam..

I was told to post my problem here by Leafe.

For payment method I use Paypal. I have tried to access Transformice through a Web Browser, Steam, and a standalone. I have used three different browsers such as Chrome, IE, and Firefox. My computer runs windows. My tablet runs Mac. Version I believe is an 8.1 and 7. I have installed Adobe Air as an upgrade. I have tried clearing my cache, cookies, data, everything on every browser I've tried. Every time I try to purchase a mere 5$ worth of fraises it opens whichever browser I choose, I log in successfully to paypal, however, when it's time to confirm payment Paypal says "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." Which I get error 8, but I have tried to purchase Fraises for a week now. I have enough funds for it to process, I have everything spelled correctly, nothing has changed. I even paid my phone bill online with this bank information and same card that I'm trying to use here, it worked fine when I paid my bill. I have contacted Paypal and they told me they've corrected those issues already that it should be coming from wherever I'm trying to purchase from, in this case, Transformice.. Can anyone fix this or lead me in the right direction? I'm getting a little disappointed, I was always able to purchase Fraises before with no trouble, and now this.

It wouldn't let me edit my past post. The stupid thing finally worked, I did a factory reset on my entire tablet, downloaded Safari and the stupid thing worked.. Anyways. No help needed it processed and all is fine. Thanks anyway. Lol.
