Problems with payment/fraises?

^That's usually a problem with Transformice trying to reach Paypal. This usually fixes itself. Let me know if the problem persists for more than 2 days though.

When you see "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase", it means you need to play more. If you play actively you will soon be able to purchase. It has nothing to do with your Steam Wallet balance. I don't know where you read this but that is false information.

yeah it was doing the $5 game requirement on steam last time. Like what Sannnnu said

It's currently not a requirement to have a certain amount of money on your Steam Wallet, nor can any mod with 100% certainty tell you how long exactly you need to play. They probably say 15 days to "play it safe", but there is no official number available.

To get a refund you will have to use the contact form. Use "Payment problem" as category for this. There is a help thread set up here. I'm running Transformice on steam, whenever I try to buy fraises a message pops up in the chat saying ' you need to spend more time on the game in order to make this purchase' I don't know why.. any help?

Need help! About steam again, but not how there is a line say "you need to spend more time..." it about the transaction problem, it doesn't show options to buy fraise with steam. But it show me options to buy fraise via paypal or allopass like on browser. Help !!

My name's Sycxx, i've probably spent upwards of 1,000 dollars on tmice.
Recently i've been getting an error "Transaction error, please try again later." with every purchase I try to make.

It's been going on for about 4-5 days now, and the last time I tried to use steam it only lets me buy about 40 dollars worth every week, so i'm just getting a bit irritated because I don't want to wait a week to spend money on a game that can't even keep it's payment options working properly.

When i go to shop on Transformice Steam Version i click to buy fraises and i have this message in red : You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase. I bought 3 Steam 20$ Gift Card (60$ total.) I also bought 3 games and now i have 29,23$. I have played Transformice Steam Version 22H. When i do ./time in the game they say : [•] You have played for 20 days, 6 hours, 27 minutes and 16 seconds.

When I try to buy fraises with Zeevex, and I enter my information and the other window pops up, it's just a blank page.
