Problems with payment/fraises?

when i tried to buy fraises it said this message in red : "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase." i'm a little bit confused because i read somewhere you have to spend over 30 hours on the steam version and i've spent exactly 30h on the steam version.

15 days since that bug started or something like that to play throught steam.

It's full of bugs through steam, I don't know why they did not fix it till now It's really annoying

In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive Fraises. But, if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for Fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. Today I was trying to put 30 real strawberry .. after I put 30 real credit I was trying to put the phrase FRAISE just not going to .. so I try page ate all my credits .. then I ran out credit and living without .. you can help me ?? please ??....

I'm trying to get fraises using a credit card but it just shows a blank screen, I tried to see if Zeevex would work and it did but I don't to use that so I tried the button again and it just shows a blank screen. I have popups allowed there but I don't know what's wrong.
