it generally takes around two weeks to receive a reply. if you don't get a reply after two weeks, send it again

I use a gift card (can be used anywhere) to get fraises, but 4-3 months ago it stopped letting me buy fraises. I have used multiple different cards and each time, for the past 4 months, it told me this: Transaction error, please try again later.
I am getting sick and tired of it, and I have tried every solution.
I use chrome as a web browser, and I own a chromebook. PLEASE tell me what to do. This has been going on for a really, really long time.


Now it says it can't use my card. First it said Transaction error, then it said this. I have contacted people about it, I have checked if I made any mistakes, everything. Nothing is working.

How can we buy fraises without any transaction error occuring?

The only reason I'm buying fraises is because I want to change my username :( but it costs me 1500 , WHY DOES IT HAVE TOO COST OMFGG.

So my server is a Turkish server but I live in North Cyprus. I just casually clicked "Buy Fraises" and waited for the tab to open where I'd write my phone number in. The second i wrote it down and pressed enter i get "Üzgünüz, bir hata oluştu:
Operatorünüz bu Servis/Ürün satisi icin uygun degildir." If i were to translate its saying "Sorry, an error accured: Your operator isn't compatible with this Service/Item. "

what is that supposed to mean? My phone is perfectly fine and i checked the requirements everything is just fine. Why is this happening?

Been 117 days in tfm, played 700+ hours on steam.

I'm having problems purchasing fraises, when i go to confirm the payment on transformice it says transaction error, and to try again later. it's been three days and it still wont let me confirm.. what do i do?

I've have been having a problem that wasn't listed on here. I keep getting errors, no matter how many times I try. I registered my card and everything. I have been using Paypal debit card and each time I try it shows an error, I tried once, got an error. 2 hours later I tried again. Then read this forum and entered all the correct information and tried on different browsers and even updated them. Nothing would work. I contacted a mod then all I got was this forum again and "try again later". Can you help?

Which flash player version do you have installed? You can check this on the adobe website. it says that its up to date.

I had got extra money for my bday and spent it all on fraises and had 18K fraises left which i intended to save for later, cuz i had classes n all so could not really play for 7 months, and now i am back and it says i have 0 fraises on my account, and no one else went on it and it had my email too so no one could have used all my fraises! I heard there was some tfm fraud on fraises going on during the time i was away, so i could NOT have taken ANY part in it, PLEASE help me! That is over 150 USD down the drain XO!
