In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive Fraises. But, if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for Fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. We have a thread with tips for filling out the contact form here. It's strongly recommended to use these tips to streamline your correspondence and speed up the overall process of getting help.

Hello everyone. I have a problem paying fraises on here with my Mac. I use Safari, to play this game and it works just fine. I try to pay fraises by calling in order to obtain it. However, whenever I try to get fraises it says "Please wait Payment in Progress" and then it said if nothing shows up use the link below and copy paste it onto another tab. I did the following and all it said was "Oops! You can't see pages on this website. To add this website to your approved list, click Add Website. To do this, you need an administrator password." Please help me!

I want to begin with the fact that my English is very bad, i know that.
I have this problem already by 3 times.
I try to fill up the account TFM - with fraises.The terminal - 67 mdl = 274 fraises.
In the sum there had to be already - 822 fraises.I forgot to tell, I try to fill up through SMS - service.
I meet all conditions, the message - Fraises_274_Ffastmouse on number 9898.I correctly do everything, I check before sending.
And instead of a code, I receive this message '' your message not in a right format or service is unavailable to Moldova ''.
Are you fu***ng kidding me? 3 times?? Money was withdrawn of course from the account.
I have correctly made everything because 3 times it is impossible to be mistaken it.
And about inaccessibility - it is necessary to warn, or to remove from TFM (to Pay - Moldova (SMS)), a problem not for my part.
Аnd all nothing, but I already so many time wrote to HELP, the answer still wasn't.
Yes, total amount not such and big, but I am deceived, it is unpleasant to me, and it is the fact.
I wait for help/return/replenishment - administration.

I keep getting error #8!

Error #8 may show up for various reasons. This error message is triggered when there was an error processing your payment, or when your payment was cancelled. When you see this error, you should not be charged any money. Make sure to check if you entered SMS codes (if applicable) correctly; a common way to trigger this error is by making a typo!

Double check your spam folder, in case it's sneaked its way there. If still nothing, PM me your email address and I'll ask Adra to confirm you didn't make a typo when filling out the form - the response may have gone to the wrong address.

How come steam transaction wont show up?

I'm clearly in Steam Transformice, and whenever I click "buy fraises" It shows me the Paypal options..
Is steam temporarily disabled for buying fraises?

Alright. I am using a Prepaid giftcard and every time I try buy I keep getting "Transaction Error". It brings me back to tfm to confirm the payment but I get Transaction Error. When I tried using paypal I get the same results. Not sure how to solve this. I tried again on Chrome and Firefox but with no luck.

(ISSUE UPDATE) I am still using the same card and I just bought something with it so I know nothing is wrong with the card. I have tried using another computer and it still would not take my payment. I tried using different browsers with the same results and tried using paypal on both computers and have gotten the same results. TFM will not let my transactions go through. Can this be fixed?

When you receive a transaction error message, this is almost always caused by PayPal and is out of the control of Atelier 801/Transformice.

I suspect the issue here is that you're both using prepaid gift cards - which PayPal is not authorising, hence the transaction is failing. Can you confirm that you have successfully used the card to purchase something using PayPal?

My best suggestion is to use a normal credit or debit card, or some other supported payment method.

So i got the message to play longer on steam so i did everyday then it finally let me buy fraises
But it didnt come up with steam payment options but came up with the original payments, visa,sms,paycard and not steam, so i now topped steam wallet for no reason and i only use steam wallet for transformice. HEEEEEELLLLLPPPP PLLLEEEEAAASSSE
