I used paypal and manual way to pay and the transaction didn't work. I just used the prepaid giftcard on paypal to buy deltas on chatlands. I can send you the transaction bill from paypal if you want. |

roesella a dit : Hmm, this is strange. Since you have tried using other PCs and other browsers, it seems like this is an issue on the PayPal side (rather than an error on your PC). I recommend creating a PayPal account, adding your prepaid gift card as a payment method on this new account PayPal account and using the account to purchase fraises. |

so I logged into Transformice through google chrome and I went to the shop and clicked buy fraises, then I clicked the amount I wanted which took 20 USD and then the Paypal screen popped up, so I click at the bottom (pay with debit or credit) and I filled out all the information, so it said to go back to Transformice to confirm my action, so I went back without closing any of the tabs I was using and clicked confirm and it said "transaction error, please try again later" , so another hour later I tried and again and still failed, so I try out the Internet Explorer and still failed and also tried the downloaded version of Transformice and there still seemed to be an error so I need help, thanks |

After that, the steam transactions work for me. But it's gonna show that "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase." I have a problem With buying fraises With phone (And its not listed here). When I try sending the SMS to the number it says I need to (Example: Send WIN to 6554) But when i try to, it says that the Message could not be sent (Iphone). I have tried With my old phone too, but it says the same. Please help! |

I've also sent an email but no reply yet from admins. I have proof of payment and SMS of the money that was deducted from my credit card. I want a refund, or at least 1100 worth of fraises. |

Okay so, I paid for 2,300 fraises on Transformice using the debt or credit option. I completed the form and the screen said, "Return to Transformice to comfirm your payment. You'll only be charged after the comfirmation." It was about 8:30 PM in Central time, so I checked it. No comfirmation. At about 11:50 AM Central time, I checked it again. No sign of comfirmation.. I checked my emails, no sign so far.. Can y'all help me out? I don't want to try it again and it suddenly works & charges me $40.00 US dollars instead of $20.00 US dollars. :( |
