I keep getting "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." The card is the same card I keep using every month, It kept working all the times I got frasies until today. I made sure I had enough money on the card. It still wont let me buy the frasies.

it took 3 dollars out of my card then said the transaction failed to use a different credit card or debit card then it said error #3 and still took money out....where is there a number I can call to get my money back because this is not FAIR!!

Help, please? I log into my PayPal account, and it takes me to a page that says: Error: The Atelier 801 merchant is not working. Please go back and select another option. Then I click the button that says, 'Go Back' and it shows the Error: #8 page. I am using Mozilla Firefox.

It would've showed on the box in the box that said "Do not close until you've finished purchasing" or something like that when you clicked to buy "____ amount of fraises".
And when you had finished doing the paypal thing, the box would have changed to where it has 2 buttons, "Yes" and "No"

Hmm. I'm going to try NOT doing this in the standalone version and open Transformice in Mozilla Firefox itself, then see if it'll work. ^^" Oh well, thanks anyways!

Everytime I entered my card number it kept saying failed and it took out a dollar each time I tried it and I was buy thing 5 dollar one and it just kept on taking 1 dollar out the 3 times I tried....that's why I need to talk to someone in charge to get that money back!

Just happend to me

hey, i have tride 2 dif credit cards. each one i have confirmed i put all the info in correctly 10 times over. but both get a message of "you cannot use this card for payment please try another debit or cedit card" the cards are valid. i confirmed that by calling the companys. why wont it work? i repeate, everything is valid and i double checked it many times. there are no typos or missing info. help :(

Why i can't get fraises when though i followed the Zong's instructions? They send me a code and i reply but nothing happened. So i re-try a few times but nothing happened too. Can someone tell me what happened?
