Congratz, though not to put you down but P19 isn't really a higher perm. It's basically equivalent to a P1. But it's certainly a first step towards something quite respectable, so keep going, improve the quality of your maps and you should get something someday.

If you want my advice, I'd recommend solely focusing on P4, your maps tend to have a lot of empty space, as well as you've had a P4 in discussion before, so pursue that until you get something good.
