An error message along the lines of "There was an error with your transaction" or something. I don't really remember. Both the regular TFM and Steam TFM won't work.

Steam does not allow me to buy strawberries legally, what is the problem? I played quite some time already and loaded by Bitcoins so that it is impossible to return the money.

i just bought a mastercard gift card today and its being declined when i try buying fraises.

Sorry to hear this. You'll need to use the contact form. Please include as much information as you can, such as the transaction ID, confirmation email/ SMS, and anything else which may be relevant. The Contact form helps and tips thread has more information on what to include.

I just bought 2400 fraises, and they didn't come! I tried doing the contact thing but I have to wait for my dad to come back because my dad did most of the work. I don't know what to do!! Someone please help me :(

This is usually caused by connectivity problems between A801 and Paypal. If you are still having the issue, it may be worth trying to purchase fraises on a different browser, computer and/or network. You can also try other payment options if possible.

Unfortunately, i'm not familiar with purchasing fraises with pre-paid giftcards. You can try this method posted by Icewolfbob, which was in reply to someone else having issues with a pre-paid giftcard:

I used paypal and manual way to pay and the transaction didn't work. I just used the prepaid giftcard on paypal to buy deltas on chatlands. I can send you the transaction bill from paypal if you want.

Hmm, this is strange. Since you have tried using other PCs and other browsers, it seems like this is an issue on the PayPal side (rather than an error on your PC).

I recommend creating a PayPal account, adding your prepaid gift card as a payment method on this new account PayPal account and using the account to purchase fraises.

Maylasia is listed as a supported country. What happens when you try to purchase them? Is the option available for you in the Transformice shop?

In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive Fraises. But, if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for Fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. So confused right now. I'm trying to buy fraises, right? Well when I do, I get the "Transaction error, please try again later." It's strange because earlier my brother was able to purchase $5 worth of fraises. So now I'm thinking, do I need to use a different computer? Make a new paypal? Use a different network? Like I've been trying all day. Tried different browsers, tried the standalone, etc. Not sure why this is happening. I talked to a mod earlier who suggested that I clear my cookies+history but that did nothing. If you think you can help, it'd be greatly appreciated!

Forgot to mention that I'm not using a prepaid, I'm using my dad's debit card which is linked to the paypal account.
