well i always buy fraises by the mobile method by sending SMS and getting code to insert it for fraises ,but today i had a problem. i wanted to buy fraises but i didn't find the the mobile method please someone answer me. Also i live at Egypt if that have to do something with the problem.And sorry for bad grammer .I hope someone answer me soon.

How are you connecting to the game (browser, standalone, steam)? Is the option still not available in the shop for you?
If you would like to buy fraises straight away, please use another payment method, as its possible that your country is no longer supported.

There's been several reports of visa gift-cards not working. Unfortunately, i'm not familiar with purchasing fraises with pre-paid giftcards. You can try this method posted by Icewolfbob, which was in reply to someone else having issues with a pre-paid giftcard:

I used paypal and manual way to pay and the transaction didn't work. I just used the prepaid giftcard on paypal to buy deltas on chatlands. I can send you the transaction bill from paypal if you want.

Hmm, this is strange. Since you have tried using other PCs and other browsers, it seems like this is an issue on the PayPal side (rather than an error on your PC).

I recommend creating a PayPal account, adding your prepaid gift card as a payment method on this new account PayPal account and using the account to purchase fraises.

If that doesn't work, there are other alternative methods in buying fraises, such as using Hipay, and Steam.

Error #8 tends to be caused by entering the wrong code (assuming you used phone credit to buy fraises).
As long as you select the same amount of fraises that you paid for (e.g. you paid for $10 worth, you select $10), and enter the code correctly, it should work, and you should get your fraises.

i made an attempt to purchase fraises earlier and everything was going good until the confirmation page.
i pressed confirm purchase and the 'payment validation in progress' page was up for about 10 minutes and i did not recieve my fraises.
i was not charged so thats not part of the problem.
