I paid for the frasies with my credit card on paypal and I didn't recieve them. I paid for the twenty dollar amount [2,400], so I feel kind of ripped off I didn't . but zong is only for phone so I did not buy it

Is there already a specific time needed for purchasing fraises in steam? I've been playing for 139 days in game. 1020 something hours in steam time, yet it still wont allow me to buy fraises since 2 days ago. Steam is the only way I can buy fraises unless HiPay is available for the country, Philippines :/ my debit card isn't even a mastercard so.. yeah

I have purchased Fraises 15 minutes ago, it all went fine now it just says "Payment validation in progress... please wait." It has been saying that for like 10 minutes. I used a debit gift card I got for Christmas, on Paypal. It was $9.99 for 1100. :(

Still waiting. It never charged me so I cancelled and tried to buy again, now I've waited 18 minutes on the "Payment validation in progress... please wait."

Iv'e seen several reports of the payment getting stuck at the "Payment validation in progress... please wait." screen, and unfortunately i'm not too sure what is causing this. You can either try to purchase fraises later, or try purchasing them though the other available options (HiPay and Steam). Apologise for the inconvenience.

In most cases, you will not be charged if there's an error and you don't receive Fraises. But, if you are absolutely sure that you were charged for Fraises but you didn't receive them, send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase, including the transaction ID, a copy of the confirmation email or SMS, and whatever other relevant information you have. We have a thread with tips for filling out the contact form here. It's strongly recommended to use these tips to streamline your correspondence and speed up the overall process of getting help.

If you get the "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase." message when trying to purchase fraises, this is because a new payment system for Steam was introduced on the 7th June 2016, and it only counts your play time after this was implemented (so any time played before the 7th June 2016 doesn't count). It's unknown how long you have to play for, as the admins are keeping this a secret, but if you keep actively playing on Steam, you should be able to buy fraises.

Hmm, that's quite odd though. I've been playing transformice in steam since the day it was released in steam until now. It just so happened that ,before I tried purchasing fraises in an alt account that was just made (and failed which started giving me the message that I have to spend more time in game), I was still able to though xD .

I just downloaded Steam to see if i can buy some fraises (but i do not have a steam card and i am planning to get it someday)

no. it won't take your money as long as you don't confirm the purchase on the game

Hi! I'm choccotaco, and am having trouble with my fraises ;7;
So I bought a Visa Vanilla about three days ago. I wanted to buy $4.99 worth of fraises, but couldn't get it to work. After filling out the information and going back to tfm, with the window still open, I got the confirmation with the mouse hugging the fraise. I clicked yes, and it shows me Payment Validation in progress.. Please wait. I went to my email ( be aware that I tried this twice, with two different emails ), waited a bit, but did not get a validation email. I have not closed the tab and have not received the fraises. please help :c

I read somewhere that the amount of time needed was reset to prevent some fraud, so if you haven't played enough after this certain date then you wont be able to buy the berries till you just play more. Has it been a long time since your last purchase? if so, the reset date was probably after that.

Really! this doesn't help at all.
i have been playing for 50 hours in total, and the max is 35 to buy fraises. explain THAT.
i just wasted a twenty dollar gift card to game stop on nothing.
i have spent 50 hours on the game and yes, i have made a purchase of a 5 dollar game.

The time requirements for being able to pay on Steam can vary between users, to deter fraud makers from knowing the exact requirements. It is also a matter of overall time that passed, not in-game time, and it can be resetted if needed.
Please allow several days of logging in regularly to Steam and you should be able to initiate payments.

For other Paypal issues, I've reported it to the devs and they shall investigate.
