Just play more on steam then you'll unlock the payment system.

i do believe visa gift cards are fine if you've linked it w/ your paypal account
and there are no taxes on buying fraises within the US

They are a new account, and they waited 15 days to gift the person they intended to give an item to, but it wont let them.
He has a gifted fur - he didn't buy it, and idk if that counts.
if he cant buy it because the fur is gifted then that is so tupid

Probably make sure the mouse your friend is trying to gift doesn't already have the fur that your friend is trying to give them? Dont worry, your friend will be able to buy the fur for himself also.

I am currently having issues getting my payment to go through. I tried to buy fraises through this site it says there has been a service failure for paypal, so I tried using different browsers instead of chrome (Internet explorer, Safari and Firefox) I still receive the same message. I went to go buy them off transformice, but i get stuck with the "your payment is validating " message it will sit there for over 20 mins and still not validate.

this is a bit tedious but... you can make another paypal account and send money using the first one linked with the visa gift card so that the payment received shows up in the paypal balance of the second one. you WILL lose a bit of money in the process, though so i advise you to use a paypal f&f calculator to see how much is lost and subtract that from what's being sent over. good luck!!

On steam when I press buy fraises it won't show me my steam options, it shows me hipay and PayPal.

I think you need 35 hours or more. it works for me but when i click on ''buy fraise'' It came up paypal and hipay not steam. Somone help? :( I spend my money on my gift card steam now those paying things wont work :( so disappointed
