Got this using Paypal on the website in shop and I'm a little afraid to close anything because the money already came out of my account. :/ I've been sitting here for like 5 minutes.

Update: I can't do anything else in game because i can't move the screen and i't been ~30 minutes now that the screen has been up. I bought $10 worth of Fraises and the money is already gone but no Fraises are in my account.

Ugh I got this too, I just hope I get my fraises because it was my mothers money and I accidentally used £10 because I thought the 1st try was just technical difficulties.

Oh, thank goodness other people are having this issue-- it's not just me! I hope that they solve whatever it is that's causing such a blockage. (I ordered 2400 fraises a while ago, still waiting for them to come in.)

Exact same problem. I tried buying 1700 fraises twice, i got the validation page, and still no fraises after 20 minutes. Seriously? That's 40 dollars Canadian down the drain that I'll never get back.

Update, it seems to be a PayPal only issue. I've managed to purchase fraises using my card. I would advise not putting any orders through PayPal right now!

my dad logged into his paypal and bought fraises, he returned to Transformice and accepted the payment but it just keeps loading and nothing happens....... we tried to re-purchase at least 5 times and still nothing.... help :(

My mother is the one with a valid PayPal account- so it went through hers. We're both extremely upset this bug wasn't stated before we made our first purchase. She filed a complaint through PayPal(she doesn't know much about this game) and hopefully we'll get our refund too. Should I still make a form? Like I said earlier- this was our first purchase and it's a bit offputting.

I also purchased frasies yesterday, 1100, but it got stuck on the validation process. So I tried it again. So that's 20 bucks and I don't even want to spend that much on frasies. I just wanted the first payment.

I hope they just cancel all of our orders and issue an apology rather than letting all of them go through and then forcing us to fill out refund forums for the ones we dont want. I'm considering complaining to paypal too and sending them this thread to see that transformice isn't giving anyone their frasies through paypal and should temp block the listing through them until it gets resolved.

Staff will just link you to the contact form or read the FAQs on troubleshooting payment problems. No one bothers to address the situation, which is pretty sad.
