Fortune cookie - Use it to get the heart.
Heart - Use it in the second (manison) 2012 Halloween map, stand next to Von Drekkemaus (who keeps saying "bonbon"), and use it to get the ball and the chain.
Ball and a chain - Use it in the first (grassy) 2012 Halloween map, stand next to the last skull, say "halloween" and use it to get the mad face.
Mad face - Use the mad face in the slot machines map, stand next to Buffy, make the anger emote and use this piece to get the lollipop.
Lollipop - Use the lollipop in the street map, stand anywhere, cry and use it to get the bats.
Bats - Use the bats in the attic map, stand near the bat icon on the middle box and use it to get the wine bottle.
Wine - Use the wine bottle in the 801 bar room, stand on the upper tables and use it to get the pumpkin carver.
Pumpkin Carver - Use the pumpkin carver in the third (Skeleton cat) 2012 Halloween map, stand on the big pumpkin and use it to get the gravestone.
