As stated in the most recent announcement; a dit : I'm curious to know what others thoughts and opinions are of this. Do you think its now more difficult for new shamans? Do you like that vanilla is just as it was before the skill trees came out? Discuss. And please keep your posts civil! Will make this prettier later |

i dont like it, i like skills |

It's an awful idea in my opinion, the game has had skills for so long now they've actually been a part of the game for longer than not so I don't see why now is suddenly the time to be experimenting with their removal. I would've liked a new mode without skills, at least then we'd have a choice because as a Vanilla only player my only choice right now is to play a mode I don't like so my solution right now is that I won't play TFM at all. |

I find their decision to do this very unfortunate. I have been working on fancy mechanical builds in the style of player Slowjoe, most maps in regular mode don't have the space to use these builds. The main reason I play TFM is to wow newer mice as to what can be done with practice and experimentation and the various possibilities. |

I find it very out of nowhere and I just don't like it. There are people who support it and others who don't I feel like they should have made 2 vanilla's. One with skills and one without. My main problem is with Tig now. He was in Vanilla1 when I was sham, I ranted to him about how dumb it was and said it was stupid, please fix it. It was a heat of the moment kind of thing and I shouldn't have acted like that. But then in return, he does not address me, he just laughs at me and then just keeps playing. That is so unprofessional and he should be ashamed of himself. I literally blacklisted the creator of the game. Meli, I have no issue with. |

I think it's bullshit. We've had these skills for so long taht some us probably don't even know how to sham w/o them. Plus there's some pretty useful ones, like teleportation if you get stuck, giving cheese to the players that need help, hearting the players to also help them aswell. And then you need revive because there's certainly going to be people that will die and let's not forget about the padders. The tape is also useful for divine mode if you have an unstable build. Overall, I think it's a bad decision. Vanilla is a place for new people to experiment and get the handle of the game physics and getting used to being a shaman and building, without the skills they won't be able to practice and will probably head off to hard mode with no clue how things work. You all should just give them back, a lot of players are upset w this. |

This is a good change. Players will now have the opportunity to learn actual building mechanics instead of relying soley on duct tape and teleporting. |

I think vanilla is the better mode to test this in simply because most new players upon entrance for the first few times simply do not have the skill points to obtain game-changing skills to help them out, so it doesn't make much of a difference to them anyways. If you are a more experienced shaman, vanilla maps are already mostly easy AND can become tedious enough for regulars to remember different concepts to complete it since the map variety is no where near as vast as normal mode. I would have really preferred a brand new mode for no skills but I suppose this is the next best thing. |

I like the idea of it. It is nice to have a small piece of what TFM used to be among others. I also like the idea of having another room specialized for it, so regular vanilla users who still want skills have the option to keep playing as normal. I see no use in being angry. This is a test run, and I'm sure they will adjust accordingly. |

I support this, this will make more players go to simple rooms and finally normal mice will be able to play in vanilla without having to spend years for looking a room without those nasty favers with their ice and tp's |

Hahahaha, nice joke guys. Taking away the only real new content that has been released since years. Instead of taking away whats old, add something new that's not just badges and titles, it's already been here for years and it only makes our profile look nice, nothing more. Wheres the fun things? like discovering the new skills when they first released... waiting in excitement for the next skill tree and hoping for new cool things. All the new players are super excited for the new events, for us oldies they're all kinda the same as always with a different twist to it, not saying that that's a bad thing but it doesn't cut it for me. |
