Personally, I believe that 10+ year olds should require at least a chance to admission as a mod. Due to new advanced technology, the ten year olds are starting to progress mentally quicker. For a example, when I was 10 people didn't believe me. Why? Because every sentence I spoke, I used to alter my vocabulary with the trusting help of grammar.ly. I think you should give us twelvies and tweenies a chance.

It's not up to us. French legislation doesn't allow for people under 18 to moderate. And someone so young definitely lacks the maturity and understanding that this position requires. :(

I should agree to Matza, as she told truth. ''French legislation really doesn't allow for people under 18 to moderate'' and it is expected respose from her aswell. Despite all your good GPA results, it is not enough to get the right amount of responsibility from you. That's why there is a limit, that only 18 year old ones can only apply. This rule doesnt come for TFM only. I have been moderator in LoA community and everything goes the same there aswell.
Thats why you, living person, are not able to vote, due to lack of maturity, even if you are in your ''teens'' and smart. If it would be allowed to vote every single teen in this world, all the politics will be in completely mess. You might already know, that life is hard as rock, however, your gained experience will be much likely smaller, than those ones, who are going through exams and are raising their own kids on their hands.

Every time, every time on Transformice I always soffer prejudice: racism, LGBTQIA+phobia (includes transphobia) and male chauvinism (because FaveladA is a female name - that is latin tree, baby). It is very tiring every time. However, the most irritating thing is that prejudiced people aren't banned. Why? They've disconnect before the moderator checks. A lot of moderators say: "it's not possible to check it because the user isn't online, at this time we need to wait him back to game", that's the Transformice system is not good.

I am on serve BR, the worst server. I know the moderators have life outside of the game, yet that isn't justified the not banning prejudice people. I love (not like today) like Transformice, I met some friends here, I even meet them face to face, thanks to the game. It's for this reason that I wrote this message. I hope you create a ban system better, there aren't only hackers on Transformice, administrators.

Me and my friends are tired of the prejudiced people and their impunity. For a Transformice fairer and NO PREJUCIDE! Because blacks, women, LGBTQIA+ we are tired.

think about it, Meli, there arent only hackers on Transformice, there are prejudiced people too

As I have said previously, one of the main requirements is maturity. However, you exhibit arrogance and immaturity. Saying something along the lines of "shut the f--- up" just because another person doesn't say the stuff you want to hear isn't behaviour appropriate for a staff member.

Regardless of your claimed IQ level, you stand above no jurisdiction, including the one that limits Atelier 801's ability to hire underage people as staff, and I fail to see what kind of team would want a member that disregards everyone's opinion just because "they are more intelligent".

In most cases out of my experience, the more the person tries to argue how suitable they are for a moderator's position, the more they prove that they, in fact, are not suitable at all.

Wishes of luck are useless. Those good luck comments are only people wanting to be in a main thread; application in theory is accepted by merit, not luck; nor should it provide moral support as morale and luck will not help anyone at all if they are lousy for the job.

The quantity of people on half of those communities is ridiculous. Why, instead of mantain a dead community and do extra effort, you don't close those communities? Doing it just because there is an "ammount" of players that only speak their language and not english is a desperate action.

Hello.
We are not looking to the meaning of LGBTQIA+phobia as it is not in english vocabulary. We can't take into account new words, what were created by one person and is not widely used.
However, I understand your issues and they are normal. You all are strugling with rights of LGBT. This topic might be like knife in the back for Peanut_Butter aswell.
When it comes for prejudiced people, I think it is the worst thing in the world. We can't deny others feelings to be gay, e.c., but we need to respect those, who find it disturbing and unpleasant. Thats why all games are using that kind of ban option (not only TFM), because someone might find that discusting and we need to respect worldwide game politics (only very few countries allow marrege between same gender, so its like voting system. Only now LGBT are gaining authority, but it is still not enough). Maybe you need to keep your feelings into yourself and not talk about them in game aswell as keep your sexuality into personal. Also, that information might be sensitive to kinds.

I know it's hard, and I know it's wrong, but TFM can't do anything here :(
