Sympathy a dit : Check for any typos you might have done. If you’re using Visa or any of the other card choices, make sure you selected the right one. I would say check if there’s enough money, but I’ve experienced before when you don’t have enough to pay, and it just cancels the transaction. It doesn’t take your money & doesn’t give you fraises. |

I have a question about the in-Steam purchases, How long do you exactly have to wait until you could buy fraises? It won't let me buy through SMS anymore as it always defaults to euros, which isn't the currency in my country. It used to work with the old system, when it defaulted to the currency that I use. This happening to anyone else? |

Payment method (and how I access tfm) : Steam Operating system: windows 10 Problem: I use steam and go on tfm & then to the shop, press to buy 100 or 500 fraises and it takes me to Microsoft edge (steam) and I press the authorization thingy but it says : Can’t connect securely to this page This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner. when I refresh it then says : An unexpected error occurred while authorizing your transaction. Please try again. I can't tell If i'm doing something wrong or my computer is. ;-; |

I don't think it matters how many hours you played in-game. It's most likely how many hours you played on steam to purchase fraises. But, I could be incorrect. Today I tried to purchase fraises through SMS and it's been a few minutes and no code! I did it twice (the second time was to make sure) and nothing :( I lost 8 euros (which are 392 fraises for 4 euros each) for them :/ I submitted the issue from the contact form, hope I didn't make any mistakes :/ UPDATE: Right after the game update, I got two text messages with the codes and they worked! It was a weird situation, so I was either impatient or it's something that happens. I get the message "You must spend more time on the game in order to be able to make a purchase." every time i try to buy fraises through Steam. I've played for over 300 hours, so I'm not sure why it still needs more. I have been playing on browser most of the time and just switched to Steam today, though. |

Evivva a dit : The time you've spent playing on a browser doesn't stack with the time you've played via Steam. So, if it was your first time playing on Steam you started from scratch in play-time since Steam is an app. Keep playing via Steam and you'll eventually be able to purchase fraises through it. |

The window pops up, I put my phone number there, I get a code, I type the code correctly, and it says that there was an error with the payment. This happens on both the official website and the unofficial standalone mentioned, as well as 2 different browsers. I know for a fact that my phone has credit on it which can be used to buy fraises - I've used it before. I also have a recording of it happening, it it helps with anything. |
