Well, as someone who was scavenging the suggestion forums, looks like a poll system has been implanted into the forums!

However, I really do like the fact of logging into Transformice and having a poll come up in the chat. It could ask about ideas for clothing, the next daily event, if the gameplay has been having a lot of lag, etc.
As of 2016, I'm gonna support this old thread.

I don't like the idea of having a poll forced in my screen without having the option to turn it off. The election ones we currently have are bad enough already, but luckily these don't appear that often so they are not that big of a nuisance. If these polls would pop up every single day, it would seriously affect my gameplay experience in a negative way.

What the OP also doesn't mention is, who is going to select which poll will be shown? Does he really think staff has time and motivation to do this, every single day? To me it sounds like a chore to organise all this over and over again when the majority of submitted polls will be of extremely poor quality. It's basically not worth the effort.

I love how people say "doing this for the cheese" yet they have a 5% chance of getting their poll in.

I think it'd be a good way for the admins to get feedback since quite a few TFM members don't know anything about the forums or don't want anything to do with them.

I do not support the ability to have polls optional, however, I feel there should be a small notification in the corner like the map voting feature. It would just notify you if there was a new poll. As for other concerns, I don't see why there can't be a section for polls on the drop down menu and you can just pick which poll you wanna choose to vote on and it'd show the time left to be able to vote in the polls. After you vote, you can see the results.

I don't see a need for daily polls however, not much changes everyday? There doesn't seem to be enough new content to provide polls daily either? A few polls at once should just be in the poll section in the drop down menu like I suggested. :>

Edit: Rereading the suggestion, I realize it says players can submit a poll. I don't support that. I agree who would even have the time to go through that? Only staff should have the power to make polls. Normal players can make polls on cafe. :v
