Problems with payment/fraises?

^ I second this. I bought fraises 3 times in Zong and didn't have a problem.. ugh..
This is the worst. I wish I saw this coming that they would create a green fur. xD

I just bought 500 fraises today, so I bought a customization for the scarf, which only costs 20. It was a bit glitchy, so I reopened the shop and clicked to buy it again a few times, but it wasn't buying. When I finally was able to buy it, my number of fraises jumped from 500 to 420 fraises remaining. Trying to buy the first three times didn't give me the customization at all, but the fourth buy did, so I guess that the game thought I bought the same thing 4 times.

I'll be more patient with the system next time, but I'd like my missing 60 fraises back so I can buy some more stuff! :) Thank you for your time.

EDIT: My fraises were refunded today! I gave up on this getting resolved, but looks like someone was looking into it, so thank you very much forum &lt;3

Lol this happend to me once I had like 80 frasies and I just got the eye shadow from the valentines event this year and I tried to customize my eye shadow and nothing happend so I tryied pressing it again so I thought my computer was just being a slow peice of crap, so I closed transformice and opened it again and I had 40 frasies and I was a bit upset cause it didn't even give me my customization for my eye shadow so I just tried again it it finally worked and then I had 20 frasies ;-;.

My friend wishes to buy me frasies through paypal, but as we go to purchase the transaction screen is not showing, it's just a blank blue window the size of the shop. We waited about a half an hour and no prevail. May i ask what is going on? ^^'

My friend has bought fraisies, but closed the window before he confirmed. He went back to do it again and saw that it had payed, though he got no frasies.

Everytime i click Buy fraises and i choose a payment it does nothing

When I click buy fraises, it lets me pick a value. No matter which value I choose, the window that has the " Payment in procees" window is blank with no words. Before that, i got the window and when I clicked pay, it said to look back at tfm for the confirmation window but nothing was there.

If you're using paypal, you shouldn't be charged until you receive the fraises, so it's safe for you to try again.

Unfortunately, Allopass is a completely separate company that the staff at Atelier801 employ to make mobile payments possible, so there isn't anything the admins can do to fix this :( It's up to Zong and Allopass to add more countries.

A window is supposed to open in your default browser. Make sure you're not blocking any popups. You also may want to change your default browser, since I've heard that Chrome has some issues.

I've been trying to buy frasies using paypal. But it isn't working it keeps saying,
