Problems with payment/fraises?

Please also describe the problem as detailed as possible: Simply put, the steam popup when you click "Buy fraises" in shop, isn't working. I clicked it as many times as I could but nothing showing the fraises amount and price would pop up.

Yes, and I do not trust to buy again fraises... I don't know what to do.

You should be able to get a refund through the contact form. You can find the contact form here: http://www.transformice.com/contact. As category you put "Payment problem". If you can, write it in English (if you do, choose EN as community) because these messages are checked more frequently. However do not use a translator (you can better use your native language then).

We have a list of things you should include in your message so that everything goes well. You can read it here. Be sure to click the Payment problem tab of that message.

Description: United States civilian here! I've been able to purchase fraises within three days from the steam release version. However, I haven't bought any fraises until a week later. The second time I attempted to purchase with the options, it bugged on me and wouldn't work. But after a few clicks I wasn't at fault and it worked smoothly with no issues and I got what currency was selected. Now to this day I'm having the issues when I click the "buy fraises" option in the shop. No window pops up to recognize what options are available to purchase.

Just to be sure, you do get the window where you choose an amount of fraises right? The window that's supposed to pop up after that depends on your browser. Things you can look for are popup blockers or other FF plugins that may interfere. You might also want to try a different browser just to see if it makes a difference.

This sounds like a temporary problem to me, something that's on Transformice's end. Have you been able to buy fraises in the past using this method?

I'm not sure, Tig was made aware of the issue earlier today and I'm confident they want to make money. So assume it's being worked on as we speak.

I appear to have a problem with buying by phone (SMS) option. This hasnt happened before but today I got some money on my phone and wanted to buy fraises, I open the payment window, send the code in SMS, and dont get any code. It seems to be taking small amounts of my money and not giving any code! Help!

That's not on TFM / A801's end. Those phone numbers are owned and operated by Allopass. If you can't send the number a message, something is most likely wrong on their side of things. We've seen people have the same issue a while back (different country though).

I will report it but I can't promise any quick solution for this as, again, it's not something we have direct influence over.

@Bulciks: Does your SMS actually send or do you have the same problem as Matrixawp?

I've launched it from steam and was able to purchase fraises beforehand. I don't believe it should still matter about the browser if it's through steam, correct? I hve no problem doing this through the actual TFM standalone on firefox. Though I would purchase fraises but I do not have a card on hand at this time. My BF put the money from his card onto my steam wallet account and so I could proceed to purchase through there. As to answer your quarry, I do not seem to have the appearance of a pop-up window as of now. Since that day on Wednesday, the issue is in the same process. :/

So most likely there's a problem on steams end. Because I can, again, go through the step-by-step just fine through firefox/Chrome, but not through steam.

Even when logged in through Steam it matters what browser you use: after you choose what amount of fraises you want to buy, your browser is supposed to pop up and connect to Steam's site. So if you can, try and see if a different browser works. The chance is small if other pop ups do work but at least it's something you can try.

Is it possible that the 'small amounts' of credit that are taken are credited by your phone company rather than by Allopass?

If mobile options don't show up, they currently are not supported. As you can see on Allopass' coverage page, PH support is listed as coming soon. For the time being, you will have to use either Paypal or Steam (by using the Steam standalone).

The gifting system is a very separate feature.. Can you send me a forum PM in which you describe precisely (and detailed) what's happening?

This is not on your end, but on Steam's. You'll have to wait or try a different payment method for now.
