That's not on TFM / A801's end. Those phone numbers are owned and operated by Allopass. If you can't send the number a message, something is most likely wrong on their side of things. We've seen people have the same issue a while back (different country though).

I will report it but I can't promise any quick solution for this as, again, it's not something we have direct influence over.


they've already mentioned this is not a problem on their side of the transaction, so any resolution will take time. Posting semi-sarcastic "bump" threads ain't gonna speed this up any

Yes, you can also pay through Steam Wallet when you play Transformice through Steam. Instructions on how to make these payments can be found here.

Alright...Just saying now to admins that I've grown up for sure. I'm not immature and going to get muted for being spammy and stuff.

Now for the problem, I cannot buy fraises no matter how much I try! This is my 30th time in a span of 1 week.

It says: Transaction Error, Please try again.

And I am using Internet Explorer and Paypal for 1100 fraises.

Please help.

Firstly, Internet Explorer is a pain. It may very well be worth it to try a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari... just stay clear of IE).

For the sake of having a complete picture of your situation, could you answer the following questions?

  • How do you access Transformice? (Web browser / Official Standalone / Steam Standalone / Non official standalone)
  • Which operating system does your computer run? (Windows / Mac / Linux) Please also specify which version (e.g. Windows 8.1 64 bit)
  • Which flash player version do you have installed? You can check this on the adobe website

I can try to download Chrome, It might work there. Or I can use my different computer.

I access TFM through Web browser
I use a Windows 8 I believe
And I think I've solved the problem.

I bought 400 fraises and it gave me the "Thank you! go back to Transformice." to get my fraises message. Well i didn't gain any. So i decided to try and buy more. And now threes just some dumb blank box. ;-;

If you actually lost money without receiving fraises, please fill out the contact form over at http://www.transformice.com/contact. As category, select Payment problem. Some help and tips on properly filling out the form can be found in this thread. If all goes well you should be able to get a full refund.

I have had a problem
I was trying to buy fraises through Paypal
I play on the webpage using chrome browser
I run Windows 8.1
I have Adobe Flash Player v17,0,0,134

I selected buy fraises in shop menu, selected the 5USD option of 500 Fraises, it opened a pop-up of paypal but chrome blocked it, so I unblocked it and opened the link it said it was trying to open. I then entered all my credit card details and selected confirm on the paypal webpage. It redirected me to a brown page with a mouse on it saying to go to transformice to "confirm" the payment, and that I would not be charged until I had confirmed. I went to the tab I had kept open but the shop menu that had been left open was entirely blank and just had a "close" button. I clicked close, looked around the game for a way to confirm the transaction, and decided upon finding nothing to just relog. I then relogged and had 0 fraises and no way of accepting the transaction. I checked my email and my account on the forums, I posted in many rooms in case someone with more experience than me had an answer, I submitted a ticket to the admins, and now I'm doing this. The $1.38NZD paypal fee came out of my bank account and I feel ripped off that I had to pay with no benefit whatsoever. I need this fixed asap, I didnt even know paypal would make me pay extra, over and above the 5USD and if I had I probably wouldnt have tried but it more than likely warned you in some fine-text somewhere so I'm not going to complain too much about that. If there is ANY way to refund that fee or refresh the transaction and get those fraises without paying ANOTHER paypal fee, I would be happier than a pig in mud. Please help me, people.

@Incanfox, do I understand correctly that you've already used http://www.transformice.com/contact to contact the administrators? If yes, great, please wait for a reply. If not, this is your best chance at getting a refund. See also this thread for some tips on what to mention when filling out the form.

you entered the code wrong
as long as you can remember how many you wanted, you can open up the payment page again and re-enter the code, and it should work

I just tried buying 10$ worth of fraises and realized I accidentally clicked 5$ instead. So when the confirmation popup appeared in Transformice I hit "cancel". Now when I try buying the 10$ the popup screen you receive after clicking your amount is blank.

Besides checking if you entered the code correctly, check if you actually lost money without receiving Fraises (this should not be the case for Error 8 but you never know). This error can also be temporary, so it may be worthwhile to try again at a later time.
