Hi, what do i do if they charged me for purchasing with fraises to buy something but i still did not recieve the item>?

when i try to buy it it says to change pass

What do i do if im trying to buy fraises but it keeps saying Purchase incomplete?

I am worry if i buy some fraises it wont give me any but will it still give fraises if I buy it? Did the bug stop?

My payment won't go through. I have a non-reloadable Visa gift card, that someone ( of course ) gifted to me. And having to input an adress is screwing me up. I don't think the card has an adress since it's just a gift card. I tried my own. If it DOES have an adress, it's of the person who gifted it to me, and there's no way of contacting them. I was wondering if there was another way to get my payment to you, or to bypass putting in the adress somehow. I'm really let down. I wanted some fraises. Looking forward to a response. Thank you!

hi this problem is because you have to go to visa's website and activate your card for online use.

It's already able for online use. I've purchased several items on Steam with it. The problem is paypal itself. It's requiring me to put in an adress, and this card has no adress. I can't bypass it. The adress is required, and so I can't get to the next page and authorize my purchase.

Did you use the name on the card? There should be a name such as "For You" or "My Gift". Try using that instead of your name.

It says "Transaction Error, Please try again later." Why does it say that? I've waited for 2 hours and it still doesn't work D:

Well, apparently, although Transformice informs me that they DO accept MasterCard, it will NOT accept Vanilla PREPAID MasterCards. My grandma does not have a credit card, so she bought this. We had some troubles with the card that we resolved, but in the end 25 un-refundable dollars were wasted. I think this needs to be changed.

Ughhh i had asked for 349 friases for Zong and it has been a while and i tried MANY TIMES and it still won't work.. luckily they didnt take mah money.. is it Google Chrome again? -_- i used Zong's pop-up on Google Chrome and have sent the CORRECT reply and then it will load forever :/

I just purchased 500 fraises, went to shop to buy a fur for 400 fraises, but i wasnt getting a confirmation saying it purchased, tried 3 times still got nothing, so i tried to purchase the roman gladiator helm for 40, again got the same thing, no confirmation or anything... I closed the window, relogged and went to shop to try again, but i found i only had 60 fraise left, and no sign of either the hair or fur... id really like to receive what i purchased, thnx.
