Hey guys um i wanna gift my friend a fur for 120 presents right we always do trades together and like this time it wont send the vertification code to proceed to gift to my friend? to my email like its always worked but today no emails at all from tfm when i tried :(

Day 2: The first attempt already gives an error?

As a mandatory warning, always be very careful with these trades. You're not permitted to write out such trade offeres on public chat, forums or café, because they're often scams.

Anyway, as for your problem.. Have you checked your spam box? That's often the first thing to look for. Additionally you can try doing some other email request (like requesting a pw change without changing your pw) and see if that goes through. That way we can figure out whether the problem is with all emails or just the gifting system.

So I tried buying fraises with 3EUR PaySafeCard, Nothing went wrong untill I got the code, Flipgraham (MOD), told me to use /code in the game, and fill in my code I got. I dilled it in, clicked ''Submit''. Nothing, but seriously, nothing happened after...

Please, help, I have 10EUR to spend on the game. I did it in parts, because a friend told me the same happened to him.

thanks for -the late- response anyway , i already sent a message before knowing that this topic was existing and i got no feedback but i'll try to send it again *!* However i know that i wont get a feedback again because there is a problem with the emails already so please fix it as soon as possible *!* . no after that error i try the day after and it works only 4 times again

about the validation code , i checked spam box and i found nothing , tried to change my pw but no activation code either so the problem is with the emails hope you can fix it soon

Hey so my friend was trying to gift me and with her it kept sending her multiple validation codes that when she tried did not seem to work. I was testing to see what was going on and when I tried to change my password, knowing it also sends a validation code, I never received the code at all. So I was wondering if maybe this is a glitch or if there is a bug? Please help! Thank you!

Given the large amount of posts I will make a few general remarks.

  • Confirmation codes not working: A lot of people seem to have this issue, I will report it to the admins. It has already been reported to the admins.
  • Not receiving emails: Unfortunately the email system sometimes goes down, leading to messages not being sent (always check your spam folders though!!! It happens). Usually the system reboots after a while and things start working again.
  • If you lost money without receiving Fraises, please use this thread to fill out the contact form properly.

I use steam. When I try to gift s1 something it asks me for a verification code from my email. B4 there was no problem i used to get the codes emailed but not anymore? help plz

I bought fraises today, not to long ago. I opened the shop and tried to customize my crocodile plank shaman item. The shop then went blank so I closed it, my ping was also 305 at the time so I logged off then logged back in, After I logged back in I checked the shop again. I had 1137 fraises and 150 fraises had been deducted from my fraises. so I then had 987 fraises. I have tried logging in and out, and talked to mods. Sweetphoenix advised me to come and voice my complaint here. Is there anything that can be done? As I see it as unfair, I used my hard earned money on transformice and I get this?

Sweetphoenix, the mod says she has heard of this type of thing before, is this some sort of bug, or what?

@Samxcake: Unfortunately that does happen sometimes. When you lose money or fraises without receiving what you paid for, please send the admins a message here with as much information as you can about the purchase. We have a thread with tips for filling out the contact form here.

Some general contact form tips: Use the "payment problem" category, write in English and set your community to EN.

Keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks to get a reply (there are many messages being sent daily and only a few community managers). If you haven't received any news within the normal time period, send me a PM and I will try to sort it out for you.
