i've tried everything, but i keep getting the "Transaction error, please try again later." message.


update: it's been well over two weeks and this is still happening, i haven't gotten any help with it either.

Okay, I was buying fraises and went through the whole process.
Then everytime I hit confirmation it loads then says Transaction error!
I've tried Firefox and Internet Explorer but nothing will work!

Tried it once, and it said, please check back at TFM for your conformation, but I never got one.

i bought 1100 fraises on steam, then i tried to buy 500 and it won't deduct the money or give me the fraises

should i just wait? nevermind, i saw the message about waiting a few days. how long do i have to wait?

i went to go buy fraises today, and when doing it the first time, i pressed the "pay now" button after filling in my information. after pressing that button, it wouldn't send me the confirmation thing thats supposed to pop up on my transformice window, it didn't even go to that certain page where it tells you to look at your tfm tab either. so i tried it the second time, and i even tried it a couple more times and relogged on. it would keep showing this http://prntscr.com/amz7co and nothing would load.

I nave expended €2.99 but when i saw the shop wasn't my fraises. I am waiting a answer.

Sorry for the lack of replies for so long. A lot of things changed since I last tried to make a purchase, so I am not too well informed anymore on what errors happen when. However, I have asked our new community manager Adrazaelle to give everyone some more information on what can go wrong and what can be done about it. You are not being ignored!

For this reason, I cannot answer any problems about confirmation or transaction errors until I hear back from the community manager. I will post back once I know more about these problems.

If you lose money without receiving Fraises, please fill out the contact form, category "Payment problem". Use this thread for additional help with correctly filling out the form to speed up the process.

I've recently had the same problem for 3 days now. I realized i can purchase fraises through my Steam account funds and no longer had the problem and was able to purchase them. I suggesting trying that if you haven't yet.

It keeps saying that each time I try purchasing with Steam. I already purchased with Steam before without problem, but now it won't let me open the fraise purchasing interface and show this instead. My account has enough playtime, I tried waiting while staying online, but still no. Then, I tried purchasing other things in Steam and coming back, still not solved.

EDIT: A friend who has a lot of stuff bought in Steam tried and is having the same problem
