"Their" games = ?

They've only improved Transformice so far.

They only get what they implemented in TFM and put it in other games. And that's not updating neither improving. The menu visual thing is f*cked up in Fortoresse, and that's a turn-down, since all the layout is gray-ish then you get a wooden-brown menu. Wtf?

While I do agree with this, it seems like they only update games that actually bring in revenue, and they have only one game that thousands of people play daily, and that is Transformice.

Though, I do believe there is no harm in updating the other games with their own content once a while to bring some players over to their other games. Transformice is the most appealing as of right now due to its variety. I'm sure if they added more features to their other games, people would want to play those, too.

As of right now, Bouboum, Fortoresse, and Nekodancer are all rotting, and it's all because of the lack of updates and other ways to make it fun. I'm sure there are some ways to make the games better for everyone, and letting them sit there is definitely not helping.

Also, has anyone noticed Fortoresse is still in its Beta session? Go to its homepage and you will see for yourself, it's quite sad.

And none of them side-games bring revenue because they don't want to.

I can say it 4 times in a row. Fortoresse was front-page in Kongregate for a time. If you had ads for that game, or just any kind of saying that it exists, and constant updates, you can have another money-maker game.

Both Transformice and Fortoresse are really the only ones Atelier801 did put some work into. Bouboum is a cheap Bomberman copy, and Nekodancer is Guitar-Hero-like all along. Yet, I don't know if they're blind or just "idiocratics".

It's so ignorant of their part, wtf. And they put a update that I've been waiting since 2011, and when I look at it, it costs around 60% of the money I have left after paying stuff I need to pay. For fucks sake, really.

Prices are expensive so we spend more time playing the game and putting effort into it. Without it, we'd reach goals easily and lose interest in the game. Also, don't compare TFM to other games, that don't work in these situations.

not trying to point a finger, nor in a negative manner, but at least take consideration for the community.

Short answer: No.

Long answer? Tsk. Why listen to legitimate criticism when you know you can just wow new players and a largely child occupied user base with tactless updates like Fashion Squad. Maybe that’s why their shit has gotten so trite as time goes on.

I find it laughable to say the company has really accomplished any improvements aside from an aesthetic standpoint. It’s not a subjective discussion unless you decide to base your thoughts on limited knowledge and personal feelings. Suggestions shouldn’t necessarily be their priority (albeit many are credible to actually making the game interface better), considering the number of bugs and glitches that have been around for months, some years, and still await fixing. Suggestions are meant to be just what they are; suggestions. Unsurprisingly most of the suggestions implemented have served as marginal conveniences and don’t even function appropriately. I regularly experience problems with certain commands, for example. But I know it’s just another bug to compile onto the administrators’ grocery list while they look for new ways to generate revenue through minors readily willing to pester their parent or guardian for cash.

No, just lazy. The administrators in the past have stated, pretty much verbatim, there was nothing else they could do to improve Transformice so clearly why actually put forth any real effort into updates and mending bugs for a game you see no further potential in. Then again, I’ve been here since 2010 and maybe after a while they figured out not many people give a damn about Atelier 801’s other games and couldn’t use their slackening imaginations as an excuse to prioritize their poorly developed side projects no one wanted because they didn't ask for them. Which leads me to…

A large part of the revenue collected from micro-transactions heads straight to the staff salaries. At least I would assume so and it is perhaps why actual problems have sat around collecting dust because the money isn’t readily available to have someone sit around and fix it. Why else would items in cheese be overtly inflated to cost thousands compared to fraises costing mere hundreds, create events/updates where buying items is necessary to collect and/or participate, and just generally any transparent effort to take advantage of a largely under age user base to roll in dat precious dough. Otherwise it'd be questionable as to where the money is going, cause the development to TFM isn't really showing much money has been put forth into it. I become more convinced every day they just aren’t arsed to actually debug or make valuable updates or, um, prioritize and see the value in what they have with Transformice.

Truly, I have seen so many features that would have no negative affect on the game and would be super nice to have in this game.

For instance, there is a suggestion where you can have an affordable items tab.

This would be helpful, and I don't think it's possible that it can have a negative affect on the game's playerbase and game itself. It has a lot of support on the forums, and even mods have supported it as well. I don't see why it's not implemented.. Sure, there are a lot of these suggestions with the same properties, and they can't implement them all, but admins don't even consider these ideas and pass them off as useless when they can seriously improve the game. After the cancellation of Celousco, they actually realized they should focus on Transformice because if they wanted to survive they would have to secure their main income source. It wasn't until then that they more actively started working on Transformice. Since then Pikashu was hired to speed up the bug fixing and development process.

They just added an Orca fur, which was recently suggested in the shop item suggestions.
Perhaps it's beginning?

I mean think about it, they are just putting in bad and useless stuff when they could actually spend TIME on something that will actually be good for the community. But nope. They just keep adding a bunch of crap

This. Remember the collector tab? TFM went into a shitfest because everyone hated it.

tfm was a much better game IMO back in 2010-2011 and the events were better back then too. i do believe tfm has made some improvements though, such as the tribe system & the chatbox design. everything rots at one point or another however, so complaining for me is pretty much pointless.

Nekodancer is becoming dead (and forteresse is even worse) so I don't think it will get updates anytime soon unfortunately.

That's proof that they go through the suggestions and decide which ones they feel like implementing. The admins dedicate most of their time to Transformice since it's their most popular game, and it's the only one with fraises. This in-game currency is a source for money so admins can keep the game running and have reasonable salaries. However, it would be great if Fortoresse, Bouboum, and Nekodancer had more frequent updates and mods.
