I don't usually race or make racing maps, so I don't really have the knowledge to give adequate feedback. However, it seems like the ground you spawn on in this map is a table, and I'm pretty sure they don't allow props or decorations of any sort in racing maps.

Bumping this as we have a need for it again :-)
